Para poder adquirir on-line los servicios ofrecidos en www.rawahel.es, es necesario que lea detenidamente las condiciones de anulaci\u00f3n y cancelaci\u00f3n vigentes y manifieste su conformidad con dichas condiciones.<br \/>\n<strong>ANULACIONES Y CANCELACIONES<\/strong><br \/>\nLa Pol\u00edtica de anulaci\u00f3n y cancelaci\u00f3n de una reserva se regir\u00e1 de la siguiente manera:<br \/>\nLos clientes podr\u00e1n anular y rescindir la reserva en cualquier momento, no teniendo derecho a indemnizaci\u00f3n alguna una vez iniciado el viaje. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produjera con m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas antes de la fecha y hora de salida, el cliente tendr\u00e1 derecho a la devoluci\u00f3n de las cantidades que hubiera abonado sin penalizaci\u00f3n alguna. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produjera entre los 21 y 30 d\u00edas antes de la fecha y hora de salida tendr\u00e1 una penalizaci\u00f3n del 50% del importe abonado. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produjera entre los 15 y 21 d\u00edas antes de la fecha y hora de salida tendr\u00e1 una penalizaci\u00f3n del 75% del importe abonado. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produjera con menos de 15 d\u00edas antes de la fecha y hora de salida, viaje, o excursi\u00f3n del 100% del importe total.<br \/>\nCausas de fuerza mayor. Las circunstancias extraordinarias o de fuerza mayor (desastres naturales tales como erupciones volc\u00e1nicas, terremotos, temblores de tierra, desprendimientos o corrimientos del terreno, aludes, huracanes, ciclones, conflictos armados o guerras, enfermedades infecciosas o v\u00edricas) que impiden al prestador del servicio (operador tur\u00edstico o agencia de viajes vendedora) realizar su obligaci\u00f3n, exoneran de la responsabilidad por incumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n, liberando al operador tur\u00edstico de la carga financiera total. En este caso, Rawahel Travel ofrecer\u00e1 a sus clientes, sin coste alguno para el cliente, la posibilidad de cambiar la fecha del viaje y posponerlo para una fecha posterior o el reembolso total del viaje.<br \/>\nEn el supuesto de que, antes de la salida del viaje, Rawahel Travel se vea obligada a modificar de manera significativa alg\u00fan elemento esencial del contrato deber\u00e1 ponerlo inmediatamente en conocimiento del consumidor. En tal supuesto, y salvo que las partes convengan otra cosa, el cliente podr\u00e1 optar entre resolver el contrato sin penalizaci\u00f3n alguna o aceptar una modificaci\u00f3n del contrato en el que se precisen las variaciones introducidas y su repercusi\u00f3n en el precio. El cliente deber\u00e1 comunicar la decisi\u00f3n que adopte dentro de los tres d\u00edas siguientes a ser notificado de la modificaci\u00f3n. En el caso de que el cliente no notifique su decisi\u00f3n en los t\u00e9rminos indicados, se entender\u00e1 que opta por la resoluci\u00f3n del contrato sin penalizaci\u00f3n alguna.<br \/>\nEn el supuesto de que el cliente opte por resolver el contrato, al amparo de lo previsto anteriormente, o de que Rawahel Travel cancele el viaje antes de la fecha de salida acordada, por cualquier motivo que no le sea imputable al cliente, este tendr\u00e1 derecho, desde el momento en que se produzca la resoluci\u00f3n del contrato, al reembolso de todas las cantidades pagadas, con arreglo al mismo, o bien a la realizaci\u00f3n de otro viaje de calidad equivalente o superior, siempre que Rawahel Travel pueda propon\u00e9rselo. En el supuesto de que el viaje ofrecido fuera de calidad inferior, Rawahel Travel deber\u00e1 reembolsar al consumidor, cuando proceda, en funci\u00f3n de las cantidades ya desembolsadas, la diferencia del precio, con arreglo al contrato.<br \/>\nEl cliente est\u00e1 obligado a comunicar todo incumplimiento en la ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato al representante de Rawahel Travel en destino, seg\u00fan consta en la documentaci\u00f3n de viaje. En el caso que las soluciones propuestas no sean satisfactorias para el cliente, \u00e9ste dispondr\u00e1 del plazo de treinta d\u00edas, a contar desde el d\u00eda en que finaliz\u00f3 el viaje, para reclamar ante la oficina central o correo electronico contact@rawahel.es de Rawahel Travel.<br \/>\nNo obstante lo dispuesto en el apartado precedente, el plazo de prescripci\u00f3n de las acciones derivadas de los derechos reconocidos en el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, ser\u00e1 de dos a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan queda establecido en el Art\u00edculo 164 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[18],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1190","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.1 -
